  • $60 per hour. Sessions booked for in person trainings, over the phone or in person chats, in person workshops, and more.

  • Price dependent on quantity of cocktails. Whether it’s a single cocktail, a whole menu, or even simple tinkering with a beverage you’re stuck on, we’re here for you. This is a very flexible service and we can certainly agree to a price that works for you!

Meet Eddie

Founder at Myried, co-founder of Papercut in Austin.

With over 11 years in the bar and restaurant industry, developing cocktails and working alongside greats at Rule of Thirds in NYC, and Otoko in Austin. Eddie owes it all to those who taught him, and wants to share his own discoveries with you.
